Full Service Monitoring Company.
In addition to standard security and alarm monitoring, we can monitor almost anything you can think of. From elevator phones to machinery and gauges to sump pump failure.We offer secure backup monitoring via Uplink or Netlink services.

Opening-Closing for business security systems.
All systems in the last several years have the ability to report openings and closings. This gives the owner the ability to know who opens and closes the business. Types of monitoring include log only, log with report and supervised openings/closings.

Supervised openings/closings: Fail-To-arm-reporting for business Alarm Monitoring.
A supervised open close report not only allows you to see who opened and closed the business, but will notify you if an employee enters after hours, or if the alarm is not set by a certain time.

Commercial Fire Alarm Monitoring and Sprinkler Alarm Monitoring, with required Autotest.
We monitor fire alarms and sprinkler alarms. We do a daily test of signals (Required by fire marshals) to insure the integrity of the fire system. Clients are notified in the event that we fail to receive a 24 hour test signal.

High-Low Temperatures and Levels
We offer monitoring for critical and non critical system processes. We monitor city water towers and sewers to commercial freezers.

Elevator Emergency Telephone Monitoring
Our operators can monitor your emergency phones located in elevators. When picked up, a remote dialer connects the user to a friendly Central Station operator that can provide help or assistance.

Video Monitoring Service.
We can monitor your CCTV system in the event of an alarm. Upon receipt of an alarm signal, our interface will connect your video system to a live operator. This can be used as Alarm Verification for the business that some cities require.

Wireless Remote Monitoring Service.
Using cellular and GSM communications, we can monitor remote locations. Locations no longer need phone lines for us to receive and process alarm signals.
